This pagoda is part of Arakura Sengen Shrine and is located about 400 steps above the main temple buildings. Arakura Sengen Shrine can be reached by bus or train, but climbing 400 steps is mandatory to reach the shrine. The easiest way to get to this place from Tokyo is to use the Japan Rail Pass from Shinjuku Station to Otsuki Station and from there use Otsuki Station to Shimoyoshida Station.

Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park
